Nitrogen Concentrator VortexVap A96

VortexVap Analyst A96 is a fully automated machine produced by ASHMAR, which is specially designed for concentration of small volume solution. It can process 192 samples at the same time. Nitrogen purge assembly enable consistent gas flow rate of each nitrogen blowing needle. The equipment is equipped with electric heating module to realize the rapid concentration of liquid samples. Not only VortexVap A96 is good at quick evaporation, parallelism, high degree of automation, but also environmentally friendly and safe. Applied in environmental analysis, biological field, chemical engineering, testing and food industry etc.

Automatic adjustment of purge

The product automatically adjusts the value of the pressure gradient of the purge airflow.Optimizes the concentration process.

Damping upper cover

The damping design of the upper cover plate allows for easy opening and closing of the instrument that enables multiangle hovering.

Flexible and adjustable

Air nozzle can be removable, Airflow Angle and left/right position can be precisely adjusted.

Combined Separable Vial Concentrator Tubes

Adapted to the chromatographic vial concentration tube. concentrated samples do not need to be transferred twice,and can be tested directly on the machine,while the concentration tube can be disassembled and cleaned independently,convenient and fast.

Transparent window

Transparent window and water bath illumination system are designed to observe the status of the sample during the concentration process.

Precise volumizing of concentrated samples

Patented optical sensor technology enables precise volume determination of concentrated samples without personnel attendance.
