On the afternoon of September 18, the opening ceremony of the "Joint Laboratory of Food Testing and Safety Technology" jointly built by Jiangsu University of Science and Technology and Asman Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was successfully held in the Food College of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. Tang Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, Liang Zhongchen, Secretary of the General Party Branch of the Food College, Lu Yujie, dean of the Food College, and Wang Huali, chairman of Asmanr and other representatives of the school and enterprise participated in the activity and discussed and exchanged views. Shen Yong, Director of Laboratory Management Department of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, presided over the meeting.
Tang Jian introduced the development and foreign cooperation of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology in recent years. He said that the joint laboratory construction is not only a deepening of the cooperation between the two sides, but also a good hope for the future common development. In the future cooperation, the two sides will carry out close and in-depth cooperation on the development of new methods for grain and oil testing, cutting-edge scientific and technological research in the fields of grain and oil safety control, industry standards and norms, major projects and topics.

President Lu Yujie introduced the basic situation of the college from the aspects of history, experimental platform construction, faculty construction, scientific research achievements, discipline construction, talent training, etc., and said that this cooperation is based on the win-win concept of "joint laboratory" production, learning, research and use, and the future is full of expectations and confidence in terms of talent training, scientific research achievements, and technological innovation.
